Welcome back to another fantastic year in the media center! We are so excited to see what this year will bring. The media center has undergone a few changes over the summer, including the addition of a makerspace and a 3D printer at the elementary school! We know that all of our students will have an amazing school year filled with books and learning!
After two weeks of voting, Sandhills students have chosen their favorite books from the South Carolina Book Awards nominees!

We have sent our voting results to the SC Book Award committee… so now we have to wait and see who the final winner is! Thanks to everyone who participated!

When your class comes to the media center next week, you will get a chance to vote for your favorite book from the SC Book Awards in the Picture Book and Children’s Book categories. Remember, if you have read at least one nominee, you can vote!
